The Opportunity:
Title: F5 Consultant
Location: Remote, Chile
About the Role:
As an F5 consultant at C-Serv, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and supporting scalable and secure digital solutions for business applications. Utilizing DevOps methodologies, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality technical solution design, deployment, and ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include:
· Working as part of a strong technical team, collaborating across the globe to deliver innovative solutions.
· Providing expert-level technical guidance to clients, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of F5 NGINX products.
· Conducting deep technical troubleshooting and debugging to resolve complex issues and ensure optimal performance.
· Planning and implementing fixes and patches to improve system reliability and security.
This is a remote-based role, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively from your preferred location. While some occasional travel within the US may be required, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance and embrace the benefits of remote work.
About You:
As an F5 Consultant, you will be a vital contributor to our team. We are seeking an individual who embodies our core values and possesses the following qualifications and traits:

A proactive and action-oriented problem-solver, who thrives on challenges and seeks continuous growth in their role.
Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and administering F5 BIG-IP appliances and software, demonstrating expertise in core F5 products.
Ideally, hold the 301 certification, showcasing your deep knowledge and proficiency in F5 technologies.
Strong experience in handling major incidents and critical server issues, demonstrating your ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
A background in consultancy and client management, with a focus on architecting and designing network or systems infrastructure.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS technologies, coupled with an understanding of cloud-native application architecture.
Expertise in at least one scripting or programming language, enabling you to automate tasks and optimize processes.
